This Privacy Policy describes how FeatureLoop ("FeatureLoop," "we," "us") handles information when you use featureloop.io and our product storefronts on subdomains of featureloop.io.

Information we collect

We collect information you choose to provide when using our sites and products, which may include:

  • Contact details you send us (for example name and email on the contact form, or email when you request support).
  • Order and delivery details needed to fulfill a purchase (for example text you paste into a form, uploaded files for a product job, or a checkout reference).
  • Basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, as typically logged by hosting infrastructure.

We use this information to provide the service you requested, process payments, deliver digital outputs, respond to support, and keep our products reliable and secure.

Payments

Card payments are processed by Stripe. FeatureLoop does not store full payment card numbers on our servers. Stripe may collect billing details needed to complete checkout under its own privacy policy.

Uploads, retention, and deletion

Some products accept file uploads (for example bank statement PDFs or product photos). When an upload path is enabled:

  • Sensitive source files such as bank statement PDFs are deleted after processing when that product path is live.
  • Generated outputs (for example CSV or ZIP files) are retained briefly so you can download them after checkout, then removed.
  • We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use customer uploads to train machine-learning models.

Until a product’s privacy-safe upload path is live, that storefront will not ask for highly sensitive files (such as real bank PDFs).

Cookies and analytics

We use only minimal cookies or similar technology needed to operate the site and checkout (for example session or security-related cookies). We do not run advertising trackers. Hosting or infrastructure providers may collect standard access logs.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers who help us operate FeatureLoop (for example Stripe for payments and our hosting provider), or when required by law. We do not sell personal information.
