These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of FeatureLoop websites and digital products at featureloop.io and related product subdomains. By using our sites or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms.

Operator

FeatureLoop operates the services described on featureloop.io and product storefronts under that domain. Contact: [email protected] or the contact form.

Digital services

FeatureLoop offers digital goods and services (for example file conversion, image processing packs, and similar one-time deliverables). Product pages describe the scope, price, and delivery method for each offer.

Accounts and input

You are responsible for providing accurate information and lawful input needed for delivery. You must have the rights to submit any text or files you upload. Do not submit content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes others’ rights.

Payment and delivery

Prices are shown on each product page. Payment is processed by Stripe. After successful payment, we fulfill the described digital deliverable (for example a downloadable file on a success page). Delivery timing depends on the product; many offers fulfill automatically after checkout.

Refunds

Because deliverables are digital and often completed immediately, refunds are limited once a digital output has been generated and made available. If fulfillment failed, duplicate charges occurred, or you believe there was an error, contact [email protected] promptly with your checkout reference. We will review good-faith requests.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse our services, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt systems, abuse rate limits, reverse engineer products beyond applicable law, or use outputs to violate others’ rights or applicable regulations.

As-is disclaimer

Services and deliverables are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Automated conversions and cutouts are best-effort; you should review outputs before relying on them.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FeatureLoop and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for that purchase.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Texas have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or your use of FeatureLoop services, except where prohibited by applicable law.

Changes

We may update products, pricing, and these Terms. The "Last updated" date above will change when we do. Continued use of the sites or services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
